great views but a bit noisy

The lake view is stunning and totally worth the extra bucks. The breakfast is surprisingly good, and the pool area is well-kept and relaxing.

Watch out for the paper-thin walls.

Warm rooms, overlooking lake. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the location was awesome.

All the services were great. The breakfasts were wonderful with a beautiful view and a fabulous assortment and all the staff was affable. The location was magnificent and ideal for walking around an unusual elevator bridge.

Room was spacious and cozy with a lovely lake view. There was noise from above and the elevator was out of service.

Unbeatable access to the best of Canal Park fun and sights

I loved how we were just steps away from the picturesque lakeside walk and all the amazing restaurants, like Cold Stone Creamery and Grandma's Saloon & Grill, which made exploring and enjoying local cuisine super easy after a day of walking around; the view from our room was stunning as we watched big ships come into the harbor and had the convenience of nearby attractions like the aquarium and various art galleries all within a comfortable walking distance but the check-in process had some minor hiccups which could be improved.

The hotel is quiet and offers excellent service. The rooms are extremely spacious, spotless, and come with a balcony and fridge. The pool area is great and the breakfast is reasonably good with a beautiful view and a fabulous assortment.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shops in the central area.

Our family liked the room, view, breakfast, and the staff. We appreciated being able to check into our room early.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience staying here with a spacious room, beautiful views, a patio, and a balcony, making our holiday stay really enjoyable.

The suite had central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. The location of the hotel is awesome, close to Canal Park. Located near all the shops and restaurants in Canal Park and Amsoil Arena.

The location on canal park can't be beat.

Expensive

The staff was very accommodating after our reservation through Booked.net did not show in their system. They found us rooms and knocked down the price for the inconvenience. The second night we got a very nice room and was able to leave our stuff with them while we were gone for the day. When we returned they had keys ready for us and our stuff in our new room. Very helpful!

Our reservation we made through Booked.net did not show in their system and the room we had reserve red was now unavailable. Although this was annoying the staff was very accommodating.

The hotel was clean with great views of the lake. All staff were attentive and ensured our stay was good. The accommodation had a central setting near the attractions. The service was great, including enjoyable breakfasts and a nice pool.

Breakfast each morning was great. Also enjoyed the cash bar and appetizers each evening. The location was awesome - walking distance to so many wonderful attractions around Duluth.
